Frequently Asked Questions

My answers on the guides, the account, and how these habits fit an ordinary week.

Answers grouped by subject

I have grouped these three ways: the site, the habits, and the account. Anything I missed can come to me through the contact page.

Using the site

Begin with whichever area feels weakest to you right now. When food, sleep and movement all wobble at once I point people toward sleep first, because a rested week makes every other habit easier to hold.

Every guide is free to read and I keep no paid tier waiting behind them. Signing up is your choice and it only adds a short note from me when something new goes live.

Pass a link to anyone you like, and you never need to ask me first. Please do not lift a whole page onto another site, because I revise the wording over time and a stale copy stops matching what I actually say.

The habits

Let it go and choose a different one. In my experience a habit that keeps slipping is badly matched to the shape of your day rather than proof of weak willpower, and forcing it rarely ends well.

Nothing stops you, though I have watched it backfire plenty of times. Stack them and you cannot tell which change helped, so the moment a week turns busy the whole lot goes.

Most of them adapt well, because I tie them to a point in your day rather than a time on the clock. A quiet hour before sleep works the same whether it lands at ten at night or ten in the morning.

I recommend no products at all and nobody sponsors a word of this site. Supplements, doses and interactions are a conversation for your pharmacist or doctor, not for me.

Account and messages

I send a short note when a new guide goes live, plus the odd reminder tied to whichever consent boxes you ticked. I never write daily and I never hand the list to anyone else.

Reply STOP to any message and I stop texting that number, or reply HELP to get support details back. Standard message and data rates may apply, and how often messages arrive can vary.

Yes. Send me a request through the contact page and I take the details tied to that account off the list. See the Privacy Policy for what I keep and for how long.

Still holding a question?

Reader questions often turn into whatever I write next, so send yours over and I will read it.
